Australian business owners are handing off their HR to a dedicated expert on call - getting compliant, protected, and sorted for less than the cost of one bad hire.

Stuff we usually get asked on calls.
Once you book your HR Health Check, we'll will reach out to get some basic information about your business and team structure. From there, we'll conduct a full audit of your existing contracts, policies, employee files and HR processes - reviewing everything against current Fair Work requirements and best practice standards.
You'll then receive a tailored action plan outlining every gap, risk and opportunity uncovered in the audit. Finally, you'll sit down with us for a personal debrief session where we walk you through the findings in plain English and answers any questions - so you leave knowing exactly what needs fixing and in what order.
The HR Health Check is designed to be thorough but efficient. Once we have everything we need from you, most audits are turned around within a few business days. The debrief session is then scheduled at a time that suits you.
From start to finish, most clients have their full action plan in hand within one to two weeks - which is a lot faster than finding out your HR has gaps through a complaint or a Fair Work claim.
Very little on your end. You'll need to pull together your existing contracts, policies and any relevant employee documents - which usually takes an hour or so. After that, we handle the heavy lifting. The main time commitment on your side is the debrief session, which typically runs for around 60 minutes.
Not at all. Every HR Health Check is tailored specifically to your business, your team size, your industry and your current setup. We don't work off a one-size-fits-all template - we review your actual documents and processes against what's legally required and what genuinely protects you. The action plan you receive is specific to your situation, not a generic list of HR best practices you could have Googled yourself.
Absolutely not - in fact, the messier your HR situation is, the more valuable the audit will be. Whether you have formal contracts and policies already in place or you've been winging it since you hired your first employee, we've seen it all. There's no judgement here. The whole point of the Health Check is to meet you where you are and give you a clear path forward.
That's entirely up to you. Some business owners take the action plan and implement it themselves - and that's completely fine. Others choose to hand the implementation over to us so it actually gets done, whether that's updating contracts, creating policies, setting up an onboarding process or having ongoing HR support on a retainer.
There's no pressure either way. The Health Check stands on its own as a valuable exercise - but most clients find that once they see what needs fixing, they'd rather have an expert handle it than add it to their own to-do list.
